What is alternating case?

Alternating case (aLtErNaTiNg cAsE) switches every letter between lowercase and uppercase, the first letter is lowercase, the second uppercase, the third lowercase, and so on. It is mostly used for memes, social media humor, and informal creative text.

What is Inverse case?

Inverse case (also called toggle case or flip case) swaps the capitalization of every letter, uppercase letters become lowercase and lowercase letters become uppercase.
